60-Day Clean-Air Guarantee

If debris that should have been removed during cleaning becomes visible within 60 days, we'll return and address it - free of charge.

We'll Return Free If:

  • ✓ Debris blows from vents immediately after service
  • ✓ Visible chunks or buildup missed during cleaning
  • ✓ Obvious incomplete cleaning is evident

Note: This guarantee covers debris missed during service, not normal dust accumulation from daily HVAC operation. Light dust over time is expected and not a cleaning defect.

Our warranty covers workmanship issues caused by our service. The following conditions are outside our warranty scope as they relate to pre-existing conditions, environmental factors, or homeowner maintenance:

Pre-Existing Conditions

  • ✗ Pre-existing duct damage
  • ✗ Old brittle flex duct
  • ✗ Duct board breakdown
  • ✗ Flex duct deterioration

Environmental Factors

  • ✗ Mold growth caused by humidity
  • ✗ Water intrusion or roof leaks
  • ✗ Rodents or pest infestation
  • ✗ Construction or remodeling dust

System & Maintenance

  • ✗ HVAC system malfunctions
  • ✗ Clogged drain lines
  • ✗ Dirty evaporator coils
  • ✗ Filter neglect or lack of replacement
  • ✗ Normal dust accumulation over time

Houston Climate Note: Due to our humid climate, mold-related issues are specifically excluded unless no moisture issue existed at the time of service. We recommend addressing any water intrusion or humidity problems before scheduling duct cleaning.

We Review Your Service

We'll pull up your service records, review the work performed, and assess if the issue falls under warranty coverage.

Schedule Resolution Visit

If covered, we'll schedule a convenient time to return and resolve the issue at no additional charge. Most warranty visits are completed within 48-72 hours.

Official Warranty Statement

ClearAir Solutions provides a 1-year workmanship warranty covering any service-related damage or improper cleaning caused by our technicians.

We also offer a 60-Day Clean-Air Guarantee. If debris that should have been removed during cleaning becomes visible within 60 days, we will return and address the issue at no additional charge. This does not cover normal dust accumulation from daily HVAC operation.

This warranty does not cover contamination resulting from humidity, mold growth, system malfunction, water intrusion, remodeling, pest activity, or lack of HVAC maintenance. Warranty is valid only if HVAC system is operating properly and air filter is maintained. This warranty covers only the items explicitly listed above. Any conditions, damages, or issues not specifically mentioned as covered are excluded from warranty coverage.
