ClearAir Solutions is a home-services company serving the Greater Houston, Texas area. We coordinate and provide residential chimney and air-quality services, including chimney cleaning and sweeping, inspection, cap and chase cover replacement, crown repair, waterproofing, masonry and tuckpointing, creosote removal, leak repair, animal and nest removal, as well as air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, attic insulation, and related work.
Some services are performed by ClearAir Solutions directly, and some are completed by independent contractors that we engage. These contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of ClearAir Solutions.
ClearAir coordinates scheduling and stays your point of contact from quote to completion. Any certifications or memberships shown elsewhere on this site (such as NADCA membership or ASCS certification) describe ClearAir’s own certified services and may not apply to every independent contractor who performs work.
How specific work is backed is described in your written estimate and on our Service Guarantee & Warranty page. If you have any question about who will perform a particular job, just ask us before you schedule.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and are not a final bill. After an on-site inspection we may find conditions that change the scope or price. If that happens, we will explain the change and get your approval before doing the additional work.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to let us know about any hazards, pets, or special conditions in advance. Appointment windows and same-day or burn-season availability are offered when possible but are not guaranteed.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. We accept common payment methods, which are confirmed at the time of service. If a payment is declined or returned, you remain responsible for the balance and any fees charged by our payment processor.
We stand behind the services arranged through ClearAir. The guarantee or warranty that applies to your job, including what is covered, for how long, and any exclusions, is set out on our Service Guarantee & Warranty page and in your written estimate. That page governs all warranty questions.
Except for the warranty we expressly provide on that page, and to the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, services and website content are provided “as is” without other warranties, whether express or implied.
When you give us your phone number or submit a form, you agree that ClearAir Solutions may call and text you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time or HELP for help, and you can ask us how we handle your information at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, ClearAir Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
